Casa De Coco House Rules Welcome to Casa De Coco. We’re happy to host you and want you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home. Please review the house rules below so everyone can enjoy a safe, clean, and respectful stay. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in 4:00 PM or later Check-out 11:00 AM Please check out on time so our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the home for the next guests. Before checkout, please: Place used towels in the designated laundry area or bathroom. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it if possible. Take trash to the outside bins. Turn off lights, TVs, and small appliances. Lock all doors and windows. Return any moved furniture or outdoor items to their original place. Occupancy & Registered Guests Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. Please do not exceed the guest count listed on your reservation. Additional guests or visitors must be approved before arrival. No Parties or Events Casa De Coco is intended for relaxing stays, family visits, group trips, and respectful gatherings. Parties, events, large gatherings, and unauthorized visitors are not allowed. This includes: Bachelor/bachelorette parties without prior approval. Loud gatherings. Open-invite events. Extra guests not included on the reservation. Commercial filming or photography without permission. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially when using the pool, patio, driveway, or outdoor areas. Music, conversation, and outdoor activity should be kept at a reasonable volume during quiet hours. Pool Rules The pool is one of the best parts of Casa De Coco. Please enjoy it safely and respectfully. Pool hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass in or around the pool area. No running, diving, rough play, or pushing near the pool. Please use designated pool towels outside, not bath towels. Do not tamper with pool equipment, pumps, filters, or chemicals. If you notice an issue with the pool, please contact us right away. Keep pool and patio areas clean after use. Do not leave personal items outside overnight. Respect other guests’ privacy. Keep noise to a reasonable level. Do not enter the other unit or private areas. Parking Please park only in designated parking areas. Do not block neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes. Do not park on grass or landscaped areas. Keep driveway access clear for all guests if both units are occupied. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles without prior approval. Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. This includes: Cigarettes Cigars Marijuana Vapes Hookah Any other smoke-producing products Smoking is only allowed outside, away from doors, windows, and the pool area. Please dispose of cigarette butts safely. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning or odor-removal charges. Pets Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved in writing before booking. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of the stay. Kitchen & Appliances You are welcome to use the kitchen and appliances during your stay. Please: Wash all dishes before checkout. Do not pour grease, oil, or food scraps down the drain. Use cutting boards instead of cutting directly on countertops. Turn off the stove, oven, grill, and small appliances after use. Report any broken or malfunctioning appliance right away. Grill & Outdoor Cooking Use the grill only outdoors. Keep it away from siding, doors, and furniture. Turn off propane or gas after each use. Clean major food debris from the grill after cooking. Do not leave the grill unattended while in use. Trash & Recycling Please place trash and recycling in the designated outdoor bins. Bag all trash before placing it in bins. Keep lids closed to prevent animals. Do not leave trash outside the door or around the pool. If bins are full, please contact us before placing extra bags outside. Furniture, Decor & Linens Please treat the home with care. Do not move indoor furniture outside. Do not rearrange large furniture without approval. Do not use bath towels at the pool. Do not use white towels for makeup, hair dye, self-tanner, cleaning, or pets. Use provided makeup towels or dark towels if available. Report accidental damage as soon as possible. Safety & Security For your safety: Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not disable smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, cameras, Wi-Fi, smart locks, or thermostats. Exterior cameras may be present for security at entrances, driveway, or outdoor access areas. There are no cameras inside the home or in private living spaces. Do not share your door code with anyone outside your reservation. Thermostat & Utilities Please help us conserve energy while staying comfortable. Keep doors and windows closed when heating or cooling is running. Do not set the thermostat extremely low or high. Turn off lights and electronics when not in use. Report HVAC issues promptly instead of repeatedly adjusting the thermostat. Damage, Missing Items & Extra Cleaning Accidents happen. Please let us know right away if something breaks, spills, or needs attention. Additional charges may apply for: Damage beyond normal wear and tear. Missing towels, linens, remotes, kitchen items, or decor. Excessive cleaning. Indoor smoking or odor removal. Unauthorized pets. Unauthorized guests or parties. Pool misuse or tampering with pool equipment. Emergencies For police, fire, or medical emergencies, call 911. For urgent property issues, contact: Shawnn or Vanessa Examples of urgent property issues include active leaks, lockouts, loss of heat/AC, electrical issues, or pool safety concerns.
